2. Identify the Extremes
Once the data is ordered, identifying the extremes is trivial. The first number in your sorted list is the Minimum (L), and the last number is the Maximum (H).
- Minimum = 2

3. Apply the Range Formula
Now, subtract the minimum value from the maximum value.
- 25 - 2 = 23
The range of this data set is 23. This indicates that all values in the set fall within a 23-unit span.
